PHPDISK Cloud Storage System (China National Copyright Administration Copyright Registration No. 2009SR056747) is a powerful network disk management system based on PHP+MySQL. You can upload some materials to your system through the network, and manage each of your files conveniently in a graphical interface. Convenient remote office, data storage will be your first choice.
PHPDisk Team is the developer of PHPDisk products and independently owns the copyright of PHPDisk products in accordance with the law. PHPDisk copyright has been registered with the National Copyright Administration of the People's Republic of China, and copyright is protected by law and international conventions. Users: Regardless of individuals or organizations, whether for profit or not, or for any purpose (including for learning and research purposes), must carefully read this agreement. Only after understanding, agreeing to, and complying with all terms of this agreement can you start using PHPDisk software.
This license agreement applies to all PHPDisk products. PHPDisk.com has the final right to interpret this license agreement.
You may use this software for non-commercial purposes (including individual users: natural persons without legal person qualifications; non-profit purposes: commercial institutions and non-profit organizations engaged in non-profit activities, using PHPDisk products only for product demonstration, display and release, not for buying, selling and profit-making operations) on the basis of fully complying with this end-user license agreement.
You may modify PHPDisk source code (if provided) or interface styles within the constraints and limitations specified in the agreement to adapt to your website requirements.
You own all member data and related information in the system built with this software, and independently bear the relevant legal obligations for its content.
After obtaining a commercial license, you may use this software for commercial purposes. At the same time, according to the technical support period, technical support method and technical support content determined in the purchased license type, from the moment of authorization, within the technical support period, you have the right to obtain technical support services within the specified scope through the specified method. Commercial license users have the right to reflect and make suggestions, and relevant suggestions will be considered as a priority, but there is no commitment or guarantee that they will be adopted.
Before obtaining commercial authorization, this software may not be used for commercial purposes (including but not limited to enterprise websites operated by enterprise legal persons, commercial websites, websites for profit-making purposes or achieving profits).
You may not rent, sell, mortgage or issue sub-licenses for this software or its associated commercial licenses. If license transfer is needed, please have the buyer, seller and our official party as witnesses for review and transfer authorization. All transfers not participated by the official are considered private illegal acts, and the official considers them invalid.
It is prohibited to develop any derivative versions, modified versions or third-party versions based on PHPDisk as a whole or any part for redistribution.
Regardless of the purpose, whether modified or beautified, or the degree of modification, as long as PHPDisk as a whole or any part is used, without written permission, the Powered by PHPDisk Team at the website page title, the PHPDisk name at the page footer and the link to the official website (http://www.PHPDisk.com) must be retained and cannot be removed or modified.
